Faulknor Senior Pastor Lloyd Leslie Faulknor was born in the parish of Manchester, Jamaica to Mr. Thomas Samuel and Mrs. Inez Faulknor. He attended St. Paul’s primary school where he received his childhood education; later he pursued a career in automotive engineering. In 1974, he migrated to the United States where he continued his passion and career in automobiles by completing a course of study with certification at Lincoln Technical Institute. Subsequently, the Lord led him through a career change by allowing him to work for the United States Postal Service, a position he held for sixteen years. In 1975 he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ under the leadership of the late Bishop H. J. Taylor. He received the Holy Spirit exactly one month after his baptism. His zeal for the Lord propelled him to serve in all areas of ministry. Brother Lloyd Faulknor served as the Sunday school bus driver, teacher, choir member, and youth president at the local and district levels. During this time, he was appointed and ordained as a Minister. While working in ministry, Minister Lloyd Faulknor found his wife, Sister Paulette Graham, and they wed in 1980. Together, they have five children; Marcia, Kevin, Camille, Katerina, and Carrece and six grandchildren: Dewon, Zuriel, Elias, Zemira, Malachi, and Zaire. In 1983, Minister Lloyd Faulknor was ordained to the office of an Elder by the late Presiding Bishop William S. Barnes Sr. of the Rehoboth Apostolic Church of God in Christ Jesus organization. In 1985, he was led by the Lord to start a ministry called First United Tabernacle Church in Orange, New Jersey. He was later ordained as an Overseer by the late Presiding Bishop Monroe R. Saunders Sr. of the United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) in the year 2000. In June of 2003, he was consecrated to the office of Bishop. He supported the Lloyd L. Faulknor School of Biblical Studies in Liberia, Africa—a well-recognized and certified college where young men and women can obtain a degree in theology for many years. Bishop Lloyd L. Faulknor is the Presiding Bishop of ACTS United Church International, Inc. (AUCI). and the Senior Pastor of its headquarters church in Orange, New Jersey. He is a diligent worker both naturally and spiritually. He has a great vision for the work of God both on a local and international level. Wherever there is a need, he is ready to answer the call. Faulknor Co-Pastor First Lady Paulette Patricia Faulknor was born in St. Mary, Jamaica, West Indies. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior at age thirteen. As she grew and matured in her Christian walk, her Pastor detected her spiritual ambitions and selected her to work in several areas of the ministry. This includes but is not limited to being a member of the youth and adult choirs, youth leader and Evangelist. During this period, her singing, charm, and lady-like characteristics captured the heart of the District Youth President, Minister Lloyd L. Faulknor. In 1980, they were joined together in holy matrimony. This dynamic duo produced four precious children: Kevin, Camille, Katerina and Carrece, and five grandchildren: Zuriel, Elias, Zemira, Malachi, and Zaire. Lady Faulknor was a pillar of strength to her husband, now Bishop Lloyd L. Faulknor, Presiding Bishop of the ACTS United Church Inernational, Inc. (AUCI). She has been the church’s administrator since its inception and the Sunday School Superintendent for nine years. She was the founder of Women of Virtue and Purpose (WOVAP), a group designed for the spiritual enrichment of young women ages nineteen through forty. In 2004, she was appointed to the office of Co-Pastor. With humility, she accepted the call and continued to minister with compassion. She has also been an entrepreneur in the Computer Software Industry for over twenty years and a Real Estate agent for over eighteen years. She attended New York University Division of Business Management, Edward William College of Farleigh Dickinson University, and Morris County College. She was extremely grateful to God for a praying mother, the late Mother Winnifred A. Thompson, and most of all for the spiritual stability and maturity she has obtained over the years. First Lady Faulknor identified with the songwriter’s testimony, “Through many dangers toils and snares, I’ve already come; it was grace that brought me safe thus far, and grace will lead me home.” The FUTIM family is honored and blessed to have had Evangelist Paulette P. Faulknor as First Lady and Co-Pastor. Evangelist Paulette P. Faulknor transitioned from this life from earth on November 6, 2025.
